Do you have friends or acquaitances in your area who have a pet and you like our service? Recommend us and get interesting rewards if you make a deal for yourself or a new client.

We will send you the details with the code and a unique link for your acquaintances and friends to the email address below, so that we can send you the information and reward after they have agreed on it. For practical reasons, we also send this information as an SMS.

Simplified program terms and conditions
This is an overview of the basic conditions for applying rewards valid from April 1, 2020. It does not replace the full PetExpert Terms and Conditions.
- The recommender will receive a reward of CZK 300 in the form of vouchers for each recommended client who takes out insurance for the first time.
- For the reward to apply to the referral, the referred client must be a new PetExpert client, over 18 years of age, and must meet the conditions for awarding the reward.
- It is not necessary for the referring person to be an existing PetExpert client.
- In order for both (the recommender and the referred client) to be entitled to the reward, the referred client will need to have had insurance for at least 30 days and paid a fee for at least one month of insurance.
- The recommended client must arrange insurance directly on the website www.petexpert.cz. If such a person arranges insurance through another partner, it will not be an arrangement with the right to remuneration (an example of a partner may be a veterinarian, Mall.cz or a breeder).
- In order for both (the recommender and the recommended client) to be entitled to the reward, the recommended client must have a type of insurance other than the Accident level.
- In order to share the insurance offer, the referring person must be over 18 years old.
- Rewards can be combined, so if a referrer delivers a larger number of referrals to PetExpert with the right to a reward, they will be entitled to mlitiple rewards, limited by the set limit. A referrer may not receive more than 5 rewards within 24 hours or 25 rewards within the last 12 months or rewards exceeding the value of CZK 25,000 within the last 12 months.
- The rewards will be delivered to the referring person on the day the insurance is activated by the referred client, provided that such purchase is not subsequently cancelled by the referred client.
- Once the recommended client arranges and activates the insurance, the recommender will be informed by email about their entitlement to the reward.
- Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date of the relevant claim.
- PetExpert reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward to any referrer or referrer at any time.
- PetExpert reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
